Clafoutis is one of my favorite French dessert!

Grease a tart mold with  butter and sugar.

Prepare the batter (similar to a crepe batter).

Bake 10 min and add pitted cherries on top.

Bake another 25-30 until the top is golden brown.

Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
