Spread Dijon mustard on your toasted bread.
Add béchamel sauce and a slice of ham on each toast.
Cover with cheese. I recommend gruyère or emmental
Finish with béchamel and more grated cheese.
Now bake in the oven for 10-12 min at 390 °F (200°C)
Serve with a green salad and a few pickles!
