There are days when I just want a good salad: fresh, colorful, full of flavor… without spending hours in the kitchen. In this article, I share with you my 20 favorite mixed salads that I make at home on a regular basis.

Some of these mixed salads are ultra-simple, others a little more original, but they all have one thing in common: they’re easy to make, and they always make a big impact!
Whether you’re a “light meal” or a “full meal salad” team, you’re bound to find something to suit you.

4. Zesty Quinoa Salad with Lime Vinaigrette
I love it for its lightness and tangy taste. Perfect when I’m in the mood for a healthy, refreshing meal.
5. Grilled Zucchini, Feta and Mint Salad
A summer salad par excellence. The grilled zucchini adds a smoky flavor, the feta a creaminess, and the mint a touch of freshness.

If you’ve never tried adding stock and white wine to your potato salad, you’re in for a surprise! It’s ultra-tasty and so much lighter than a mayo version.
