A creamy celeriac-based soup: I really like its delicate taste and it’s an ideal change from the usual vegetable soups. I like to serve it with crispy bacon to spice things up.

A soup with a more intense taste thanks to butternut squash, which I roast in the oven before blending with vegetable stock. And for a little crunch, I add homemade savory granola on top!
