This is extremely delicious. I’m enjoying it after a bike ride, thinking that the spinach will make me feel virtuous! (Extra nutrients and a good mix of protein and carbs in this recipe for after a workout). But the surprise is how delicious it is. The chili flakes are genius. I wasn’t going to use them but what a difference they make to a fried egg. Thanks for all your recipes, I’ve tried quite a few now and have loved them all. This one is a standout, and so simple and quick too!
