This Tartine with Hummus, Tomatoes and Microgreens is one of my favorite breakfasts! It’s is super healthy, fast and healthy. In addition, it is a 100% vegan recipe.

Recipe for Tartine with Hummus, Tomatoes and Microgreens
For one serving you need the following ingredients:
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoon of hummus (see my recipe for Homemade Hummus without Garlic )
- 2 tomatoes, small or 1 large
- Microgreens
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Fleur de sel
Preparation
Toast the slices of bread. Spread out the hummus.
Cut the tomatoes into thin strips. Place them on the hummus. Add the microgreens. Pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a little fleur de sel.
