Ingredients
1tortilla
1tablespoonof hummus
1handful of frozen or fresh spinach
¼of a mozzarella ball
3thin slices of tomato
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
In a frying pan, satué the spinach in a little olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Then set aside.
Cut the tortilla into its radius, then place the hummus, spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes on each quarter of the tortilla. Add salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
Fold each quarter in a clockwise direction (see video ).
Then heat a little olive oil in a pan and place the tortilla wrap. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
