Here is my Grilled Veggie Wrap recipe #tortillatrend. Perfect for a quicksimple and delicious meal at the same time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon of hummus
  • 1 handful of frozen or fresh spinach
  • ¼ of a mozzarella ball
  • 3 thin slices of tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a frying pan, satué the spinach in a little olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Then set aside.
  • Cut the tortilla into its radius, then place the hummus, spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes on each quarter of the tortilla. Add salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Fold each quarter in a clockwise direction (see video ).
  • Then heat a little olive oil in a pan and place the tortilla wrap. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
