Ingredients
1/2pointed red cabbage
100gof feta
1carrot
1/2lemonjuice
30mlolive oil
1teaspoonof balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Instructions
Wash and cut the red cabbage finely pointed. In a bowl add a dash of olive oil and lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt. Massage the cabbage with your hands for about 5 minutes.
Cut the feta into pieces. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Then, combine the pointed red cabbage, carrot and sauce. Add a bit of parsley and sprinkle with feta.
