Dieses Brot mit Hummus, Tomaten und Microgreens ist eines meiner Lieblingsfrühstücke! Es ist einfach, schnell und sehr gesund. Darüber hinaus ist es ein 100% vegan Rezept.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoon of hummus see my recipe for Homemade Hummus without Garlic
  • 2 tomatoes small or 1 large
  • Microgreens
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Fleur de sel

Instructions
 

  • Toast the slices of bread. Spread out the hummus.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thin strips. Place them on the hummus. Add the microgreens. Add some pepper.
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil and a little fleur de sel.
