Ingredients
  

  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 Charentais or canteloupe melon
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

Optional

  • a handful of frozen raspberries
  • a handful of blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon, canteloupe melon and honeydew melon in half. Remove the core from the canteloupe and honeydew melons.
  • Then, cut the melon balls with a melon baller. If you don’t have a melon baller, you can cut the fruit into cubes.
  • Place the melon balls in a bowl. Add the agave syrup and the lime juice. Mix well.
  • Optionally, you can add some raspberries and blueberries to add a touch of color and acidity to this salad. The combination of raspberry and melon is really good!
  • Serve cold.
