Ingredients
1watermelon
1Charentais or canteloupe melon
1honeydew melon
1lime
1tablespoonof agave syrup
Optional
a handful of frozen raspberries
a handful of blueberries
Instructions
Cut the watermelon, canteloupe melon and honeydew melon in half. Remove the core from the canteloupe and honeydew melons.
Then, cut the melon balls with a melon baller. If you don’t have a melon baller, you can cut the fruit into cubes.
Place the melon balls in a bowl. Add the agave syrup and the lime juice. Mix well.
Optionally, you can add some raspberries and blueberries to add a touch of color and acidity to this salad. The combination of raspberry and melon is really good!
