Healthy Yogurt and Cinnamon Pancakes

What better way to start the weekend than with pancakes? This recipe is fat-free, so it’s perfect for a delicious and healthy breakfast. Here is my recipe for Healthy Yogurt Cinnamon Pancakes.

Equipment

  • 1 large bowl
  • LeMax Grill or a non-stick pan

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g of flour
  • 5 g of baking powder
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g plain yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in the eggs and plain yogurt. Mix everything.
  • Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the LeMax grill to 8 or a non-stick pan. The plate or pan must be hot to prevent the pancake batter from sticking.
  • Using a small ladle, form 4 to 6 pancakes directly on the LeMax Grill, without adding fat. Cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with maple syrup and fresh or frozen berries.
