Do you have a few apples left that are starting to get old? Then try this recipe for Apple Cake Super Soft! This apple cake recipe is quick and easy and rich in apples, which makes it relatively low in calories and super moist.
The little extra of this apple cake? I added ground hazelnuts, a detail that makes this cake taste even better.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 apples
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 240 ml of milk
  • 160 g of flour
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • 80 g ground hazelnuts
  • 80 g butter soft
  • 1 teaspoon soft cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Cut the apples into quarters and peel them. Using a mandolin or a knife, cut the apples into thin strips.
  • In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Whisk everything well. Add the butter and whisk again. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  • Then pour in the flour mixed with the yeast, powdered hazelnuts, cinnamon and milk. Finally add the apples. Mix again.
  • Pour the batter into a rectangular glass pan lined with parchment paper or a round pan.
  • Bake at 175°C (fan oven) for 45 minutes.
