Ingredients
  

For the dough

  • 160 g flour
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

For the filling

  • 1 fennel
  • 1 burrata
  • 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan grated
  • 1 handful arugula optional
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

Step 1: The dough

  • Combine the flour, water, olive oil and salt. Form a ball with the dough.
  • Let the dough rest for 30 min.

Step 2: The fennel

  • Wash the fennel and cut it into strips.

Step 3: Garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (or higher if possible).
  • Roll out the dough thinly using a rolling pin. The dough should be about 5 mm thick.
  • Spread the creme fraiche on the dough. Add the grated Parmesan. Add the fennel. Add a few sprigs of thyme.
  • Add the fennel. Add a few sprigs of thyme.
  • Finish with a drizzle of olive oil. Then salt and pepper.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes. Check regularly that the filling does not darken.
  • Once cooked, add the burrata and a few arugula leaves.
  • Cut the Flammkuchen and serve immediately.
