Instructions
Step 1: dough
In a bowl, mix the flour and instant yeast. Add the sugar and salt. Mix well.
Then heat the milk and butter over low heat. Make sure that the preparation is not too hot (no more than 35 ° C) and pour it into the bowl. Mix well until it forms a dough.
Then knead the dough for 5 minutes. Then, form a ball. Cover the dough with a clean tea towel and let it rest for 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Step 2: blueberry filling
Meanwhile, place the blueberries in a small bowl. Add the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
Once the dough has rested, roll it out with a rolling pin. Form a rectangle about 30 cm by 40 cm.
Cover the dough with the blueberry mixture. Then roll up the dough lengthwise.
Step 3: bake
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (top and bottom heat). Then cut sections about 5 cm wide to form your rolls.
Butter a glass dish and arrange the rolls in the dish, leaving a few centimeters between them. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Then bake the rolls in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Step 4: icing
While the rolls are in the oven, prepare the frosting.
Mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, milk and sugar. Then whip them all using a robot to obtain a very smooth icing.
Once out of the oven, let the rolls cool slightly and add the icing once the rolls are only slightly warm.
