Looking for a healthy breakfast? Here is a simple recipe for Healthy Spinach and Egg Tartine.
This tartine can also make a quick and light meal, count in this case two slices of bread per person.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 teaspoon of cream cheese
  • 1 handful of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 egg
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Toast the slice of bread. Then spread the cream cheese on the bread.
  • Then sauté the spinach in a pan with a little olive oil. Cook for 3 minutes (longer if frozen). Add salt and pepper. Set the spinach aside.
  • Add a little olive oil to the pan. Then, gently crack the egg over the pan. Add pepper and a few chili flakes. Cook the egg in the pan for about 3 minutes.
  • Then place the spinach on the bread and place the fried egg on top. Serve immediately.
