Salad with San Marzano tomatoes

  • 250 g San Marzano tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • Fleur de sel
  • Pepper


  • Cut the tomatoes into slices, then arrange them in circles on a plate.
  • Add the olive oil, spreading it evenly over all the tomatoes. Then add the balsamic vinegar.
  • Season with a pinch of fleur de sel and pepper and decorate with a few fresh basil leaves.
