Salad with San Marzano tomatoes

- 250 g San Marzano tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- Fleur de sel
- Pepper
Cut the tomatoes into slices, then arrange them in circles on a plate.
Add the olive oil, spreading it evenly over all the tomatoes. Then add the balsamic vinegar.
Season with a pinch of fleur de sel and pepper and decorate with a few fresh basil leaves.
