Healthy Salmon Toast

- 2 slices of bread or a bun
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- 6 cucumber slices finely cut
- 1 tsp. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. baby sprouts
- Pepper
- Fleur de sel
Spread some cream cheese on the bread.
Place a slice of smoked salmon on top.
Add a few slices of cucumber.
Add a few baby sprouts.
Season with a little fleur de sel and pepper.
