Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of bread or a bun
  • 1 slice of smoked salmon
  • 6 cucumber slices finely cut
  • 1 tsp. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. baby sprouts
  • Pepper
  • Fleur de sel

Instructions
 

  • Spread some cream cheese on the bread.
  • Place a slice of smoked salmon on top.
  • Add a few slices of cucumber.
  • Add a few baby sprouts.
  • Season with a little fleur de sel and pepper.
