- 2 eggs
- 60 sugar
- 20 g of honey
- 40 ml of milk
- 120 g butter
- 120 g flour
- 5 g of baking powder
- 1 lemon organic
Preheat your oven to 200 ° C (fan oven). In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar and honey. Beat with a whisk until the mixture gets white and fluffy.
Then add the flour, baking powder, milk and butter. Grate the zest of the lemon.
If you have time, let the dough rest for 2 hours in the fridge, if you do not have time it is not mandatory (see above). Then pour the dough into madeleine molds.
Put the madeleines in the oven and turn off the oven. Leave in the oven for about 3-5 minutes until a ball forms. Then turn on to cook for another 3-5 minutes or so (depending on the size of your molds) until they are golden.
