150gcoconut milktop and creamy layer only
60gof agave syrup
1tablespoonof coconut oil
Combine the grated coconut, coconut milk and agave syrup. Form bars of about 5 cm by 2 cm. Place them next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper without touching each other. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
After 45 minutes, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over low heat. Let cool for a few minutes.
Take the coconut bars out of the freezer and dip them in the melted chocolate. Drain and place on a cooling rack. Repeat once to get a thick layer of chocolate.
Decorate with chocolate if you wish. Let cool for another 1 hour.
Store these Vegan Bounty (100% homemade) in a closed container in the fridge. You can keep them for a week.
