Equipment

  • 4 popsicles molds or empty yoghurt pots
  • 4 wooden sticks

Ingredients

  • 200 g of applesauce
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup

Instructions

  • Mix the apple compote with the agave syrup. Wash the strawberries and roughly chop them.
  • Place the strawberries in the bottom of the molds. Pour in the applesauce. Close the molds and insert the wooden sticks. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  • To unmold your popsicles, run the molds under hot water for a few seconds.

Notes

If you are using empty yogurt pots, wash them well before use. Then, once the applesauce has been poured into the yogurt pots, close using cling film. Do not fill the yogurt pot more than three quarters full so that the cling film does not touch the applesauce.
