  • 5 cm of fresh ginger
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 150 g peanut butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 4 g baking powder


  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix the baking powder with the oatmeal and pour it into the bowl. Add the peanut butter, honey and egg.
  • Peel the ginger and grate it with an aroma grater. Mix everything together until it forms a homogeneous paste.
  • Form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the cookies at 175°C for 15 minutes.
