I use a small glass of water for the dosage of oat flakes, milk and water. It is important to keep the proportions: 1 portion of oat flakes for 2 portions of liquid.
Pour the oat flakes, water, milk, half a mashed banana, agave syrup in a microwaveable bowl.
Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 Watt.
Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Cut the rest of the banana into slices. Peel and slice the kiwi and mango. Place everything on the porridge.
Cut the passion fruit in half and use a spoon to pour the pulp over the other fruits.
Sprinkle with granola.
