Almond, Cashew and Peanut Granola

- 400 g oats
- 30 g almonds flakes
- 60 g whole almonds
- 80 g cashew nuts
- 50 g peanuts blanched, unsalted
- 100 g honey
- 75 ml sunflower oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place the granola on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
I recommend that you bake the granola in two batches so that you can spread the granola well on the baking tray.
Bake for 15 at 160 °C (320 °F) minutes.
Gently stir the granola in the middle of cooking so that it can brown on all sides.
Allow to cool well before transferring it to a jar.
