Almond, Cashew and Peanut Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g oats
  • 30 g almonds flakes
  • 60 g whole almonds
  • 80 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g peanuts blanched, unsalted
  • 100 g honey
  • 75 ml sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the granola on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  • I recommend that you bake the granola in two batches so that you can spread the granola well on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 15 at 160 °C (320 °F) minutes.
  • Gently stir the granola in the middle of cooking so that it can brown on all sides.
  • Allow to cool well before transferring it to a jar.
