Recipe for Yoghurt with Almonds and Mandarin

For one serving you need the following ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey or brown sugar
  • 1 Mandarin
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter
  • 1 handful of chopped toasted almonds
  • Cinnamon and star anise for decoration

Preparation

Mix the yoghurt and honey. Pour into a bowl.

Peel the mandarin and break up the quarters. To get a nice texture, cut the mandarin wedges in half lengthwise and place them on the yogurt, flesh side up.

Place the almond butter or center and sprinkle with almonds. You can add a little cinnamon powder and a star anise (for decoration only).
