Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a baking dish.

Garnish the quiche

Place the spinach, crumble the feta cheese, then add the roasted pumpkin cubes.

Add the eggs

Beat the eggs with the heavy cream and parsley. Add salt and pepper. Then pour over the quiche.

Baking

Bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C
