Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish, add a drizzle of sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 min at 200°C.
Chop the cooked salmon with a fork.
Reheat your cooked rice if necessary by adding an ice cube to your rice, cover it with a sheet of parchment paper and heat it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Mix the rice with the salmon and soy sauce in a bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and add the avocado slices. Finish with sriracha mayonnaise.
