The art of this chocolate cake also called Moelleux au Chocolat in French lies in its metling heart! After many trials, I found the perfect recipe for Chocolate Cake with Melting Heart!

Ingredients
  

  • 110 g dark chocolate
  • 80 butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g sugar
  • 30 g flour
  • 1 square of chocolate per cake 5 g

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 175 ° C.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or in the microwave on low power.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar. Then add the flour. Then add the melted chocolate and butter.
  • Butter your molds if necessary then pour the preparation into your molds. Do not fill the molds completely.
  • Add a square of chocolate in the center of each mold, being careful that it does not stick out.
