Mango, Kiwi and Passion Fruit Porridge

Recipe for Mango, Kiwi and Passion Fruit Porridge
In my recipe for Quick Porridge with Strawberries and Cherries, I explained in detail how I make my oatmeal in just 5 minutes! I used the same basic oatmeal recipe to make Mango, Kiwi and Passion Fruit Porridge.
For one portion, you will need the following ingredients:

For the porridge
- 1 glass of oats
- 1 glass of milk (vegan or not)
- 1 glass of water
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup or honey
For the toppings
- 1/2 mango frozen or fresh
- 1 kiwi
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoons granola
Instructions
Place oats, milk, water, mashed banana and agave syrup in a microwave-safe bowl and cook at 800 Watt for 2 to 2.5 minutes. Leave to cool slightly before adding the fruit for decoration.
I then thawed a few pieces of mango. If you have a fresh mango, it’s even better! I then cut the rest of the banana into thin slices. Then I peeled a yellow kiwi and cut it into pieces. Then I put the fruit on the porridge. Finally I poured the pulp of half a passion fruit on top.
Finally, I sprinkled some homemade granola on top to add a crunchy touch! The result is super delicious. In fact, the sweetness of the mango blends wonderfully with the acidity and freshness of the kiwi and especially the passion fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 portion oat flakes
- 1 portion of milk vegan or not
- 1 portion of water
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. agarve syrup
- 1/2 mango frozen or fresh
- 1 kiwi
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoons granola
Instructions
- I use a small glass of water for the dosage of oat flakes, milk and water. It is important to keep the proportions: 1 portion of oat flakes for 2 portions of liquid.
- Pour the oat flakes, water, milk, half a mashed banana, agave syrup in a microwaveable bowl.
- Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800 Watt.
- Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut the rest of the banana into slices. Peel and slice the kiwi and mango. Place everything on the porridge.
- Cut the passion fruit in half and use a spoon to pour the pulp over the other fruits.
- Sprinkle with granola.
