This passion has become my profession, and I couldn’t be more grateful to my incredible community! With millions of you visiting this blog every year, and nearly 488,000 foodies following me on Instagram, as well as 185,000 on TikTok, our culinary journey together just keeps getting better!

I’m based in Düsseldorf, Germany, so you’ll notice that my content is translated into both French and German.

Where it all began

As a child, I learned to cook from my mother who, despite working full-time, prepared fresh, home-cooked meals every evening. Having grown up in France, my cooking is naturally inspired by French cuisine, but also by Mediterranean flavors.

After spending seven years in the wine industry, where I learned a lot about food and wine pairing, I decided to take my passion for cooking a step further by studying at theFerrandi school in Paris.

Since 2020, I’ve been sharing my recipes on my blog and social networks. I’ve worked with many brands and magazines, developing recipes that are not only tasty but also practical for everyday cooking.

Over the years, I’ve developed a simple cooking style that’s adapted to everyday cooking. I take classic French dishes and make them healthier, easier and quicker to prepare, without sacrificing flavor or elegance.

My recipes aren’t just improvised – each one has been tested and perfected so that you get the same mouth-watering results every time you prepare them. Plus, I share my best chef tips and tricks to help you become a real chef!
