Here is a super tasty recipe, perfect for a brunch with friends. I present you the French Toast Rolls! I chose two different versions: one raspberries and pistachios and the other banana, almonds and homemade Nutella.

What are French Toast Rolls?

The principle is quite simple: they are French toast made from white bread that are garnished according to taste (chocolate, peanut butter, yogurt, fruit, almonds, etc.).

Then, you roll the slices of bread. You dip it in a mixture of eggs and milk. Then, you sauté these French toast in a pan for 2 minutes. Finally, you roll them in a sugar and cinnamon mixture! The result is to die for!
