Roasted Pear and Apple Oatmeal
In autumn, the choice of fruit begins to be more limited than during the summer. However, there are plenty of ways to prepare seasonal fruits like apples and pears. Here’s a delicious Recipe for Roasted Pear and Apple Oatmeal.
Roasted pear, a beautiful discovery!
I love and have always loved apples! As for the pear, it was so far less my thing.
With this roasted pear recipe that I tried for the first time for this porridge, I completely rediscovered the taste of pear. So it’s a nice discovery that I will not hesitate to decline in other recipes. Why not with something savoury!
If you too are a little skeptical or moderately fan of pear, try it! I think you’re going to like it, as I do.

Cook on medium power for 2 to 3 minutes until you obtain an apple compote.

First place the roasted pear on the cooked oatmeal. Add the apple compote and a bit of homemade granola. Finally, you can add one last teaspoon of cinnamon and some toasted hazelnuts.
