If you are looking for side dish ideas to pair with a delicious quiche, you’ve come to the right place. My quiche recipes are some of my most popular.

As a French girl, I’m really a fan of quiche: it’s a versatile dish, perfect for an evening meal, meal prep or you can even offer a breakfast quiche for you next brunch!

The most French way to eat a quiche is to serve it with a green salad with a homemade vinaigrette. I like to prepare my vinaigrette with Dijon mustard and a good quality olive oil!

2. Tuna and White Bean Salad

This fresh, protein-packed salad is lovely alongside my spring quiche with asparagus, broccoli, and peas. The creaminess from the white beans and the salty tuna pair perfectly.

3. Oriental Carrot Salad

I love this modern carrot salad; sweet carrots paired with chunky chickpeas and cheese. The bright oriental flavors and herbs freshen up the creamy ingredients.

4. Tuna and Tomato Salad

This is the perfect Spanish-inspired summer salad that I can’t get enough of. Try it alongside a veggie-based quiche with similar summery qualities, like this green asparagus and wild garlic quiche.

The ingredients in this salad are so simple and fresh that it is the perfect side dish to quiche. I love the updated look of the chunky and colorful ingredients. This salad pairs perfectly with pretty much any quiche.
